When you have a "Group" set up you then have the ability to send an email with a link(s) to the Assets of the created group.
To email all of the Assets within a Group, follow these steps:
- Go to Groups. (By default, you will see the My Groups tab.)
- Click the Radio button at the top left of the screen to share all of the files in the Group.
- Alternatively, you can click on the Radio button next to specific Assets that you want to share.
- Once you select the Radio button shown below...
... all of the files will be selected and highlighted in blue.
- Click on the Share icon at the top-right of your screen.
- Select the Email option. (This option enables you to share with potential or existing Customers.)
- Your default email client will open, enabling you to type in the email addresses of the people you want to share the Assets with.
- The email will auto-fill with the names and links of the assets.
- The email will auto-fill with the names and links of the assets.
Note The Links in the email are temporary, based on your company's settings. (Generally speaking, the links will work for 14-90 days, depending on your company's preferences.) |
