If you are having an issue with the application - such as with files not syncing properly - you can submit a Diagnostic Report, which helps our Support Team investigate the issue.
To submit a Diagnostic Report, please follow these steps:
- Tap on the Updates icon at the bottom of your screen.
- Tap on the About This App option.
- In the lower-center portion of the screen (just above the imSMART logo, shown below), tap on the Send Diagnostic Report link.
- A pop-up will appear, to inform you that the app will upload a Diagnostic report.
- Tap the OK button to close the pop-up.
