The Quick Group was designed to help you quickly add Assets while talking with a Customer, then share those files when the meeting is over.
To share the contents of a Quick Group, follow these steps:
- Go to Groups. (By default, you will see the My Groups tab.)
- Click on the Quick Group list item.
- Click on the Share icon, in the top-right corner.
- Click the Email option.
- A menu will appear, which enables you to select the App you want to use to send your email.
- Your default email client will open, enabling you to type in the email addresses of the people you want to share the Assets with.
The email will auto-fill with the names and links of the assets. But note that the links are temporary, based on your company's settings. (Generally speaking, the links will work for 14-90 days, depending on your company's preferences.)
