Quick Groups
On the Groups tab, you will see a list of Groups that you have access to. Quick Groups (aka, Shared Baskets) are the first item in that list of Groups.
The Quick Group is designed to help you quickly build a collection of Assets that you reviewed with a Customer during the Sales Process, then send an email to that Customer that contains links to the content you reviewed together.
When the meeting is over, you can "clear" the Quick Group or re-use it for the next meeting.
Access a Quick Group
To access your Quick Group, follow these steps:
- Go to Groups. (By default, you will see the My Groups tab.)
- Click on the Quick Groups list item, which appears at the top of the list of groups.
The Assets within your Quick Group will be displayed on the main screen.
Share a Quick Group
The Quick Group was designed to help you quickly add Assets while talking with a Customer, then share those files when the meeting is over.
To share the contents of a Quick Group, follow these steps:
- Go to Groups. (By default, you will see the My Groups tab.)
- Click on the Quick Group list item.
- Click on the Share icon, in the top-right corner.
- Click the Email option.
- Your default email client will open, enabling you to type in the email addresses of the people you want to share the Assets with.
The email will auto-fill with the names and links of the assets. But note that the links are temporary, based on your company's settings. (Generally speaking, the links will work for 14-90 days, depending on your company's preferences.)
Clear a Quick Group
If you no longer need the Assets within your Quick Group, you can clear it to ensure its empty prior to your next Customer meeting.
To clear a Quick Group, follow these steps:
- Go to Groups. (By default, you will see the My Groups tab.)
- Click on an Asset within the Quick Group, and a red X icon will appear next all of the Assets.
- Click the X for each of the Assets that you wish to remove.
