When content is shared from the app or a new CMS user is created, the system generates an email.
To configure the text within these messages:
Customization --> Region
Select your region (Default Region is default) by clicking on the pencil icon:
To add a region, press the "ADD REGION" button and enter the required fields:
1) Region Name
In the edit region screen, select "Regional Email Settings" on the left navigation menu:
Click on the type of email to configure and change the copy accordingly, but do not alter any copy within “< >.”
Here is an example of a message sent to a new CMS user with instructions about account activation:
