Viewing Assets

To view current Assets loaded to CMS system, click on Assets menu option. This will take you to the List of Assets screen where you can Add, Edit or View Assets.

To search for an existing Asset in the system, enter part or all of the Asset’s title in the search box above the Asset list and click the Search button. This brings up a list of all Assets that match the entered search term.

Clicking Reset will erase the search term and show all assets.

Use the Filter module to the right of the list to filter the assets. Check the desired options to show assets specific to a segment, product, file type or application.

Customizing Columns

You can customize what asset information you would like to appear by clicking on CUSTOMIZE. Select or deselect your desired columns and click Apply.

Note: Any changes made when customizing the columns will be remembered during your next visit.
