What happens if the users is offline? Will the usage still be captured in GoodData?

The usage will be captured when the user goes back online. 

I don't want a particular user's usage to be tracked in GoodData? How can I do this?

You will need to login to the CMS, search for the user, and then mark them as an Internal User or Tester in the details page.

How are view times tracked?

View times are tracked as an average of the time from open to close across at least 3 views. We throw out anything that is really short (less than a second) or really long (greater than 20 minutes) to make up for accidental opens or leaving the document open for a long time while doing something else.

I have access to more than one CMS, how can I see both apps in GoodData?

Currently, GoodData can only handle one CMS per email account. What that means is that if you use johndoe@gmail.com to log into CMS 1 and then also use the same email account for CMS 2, you will only be able to see CMS 1 metrics in GoodData. The work around is to use another email address for each of the CMS accounts that you need to view metrics for.
