About Alternate File Share: 

Alternate file share allows users to upload a different version of the asset to share with clients via email. 

Adding an alternate file to an existing asset:

  1. Assets -> Select Existing Asset -> Alternate File Input -> Select file to upload

  2. Click Save 

 

Adding an asset with an alternate file: 

  1. Asset -> Add Asset 

  2. Select Asset Type 

  3. Select Asset under Alternate File Input

  4. Save
