Forms can be be filled out, saved and shared. 

Features that are supported:

• check boxes
• combo boxes
• list boxes
• custom values

How to use the PDF Form Features

When annotating a PDF, tap on the field that you would like to edit.

To navigate to the next field, tap on the the left arrow (previous) or right arrow (next).

Issues with Fields Displaying in Acrobat Reader

If you are having issues with the filled out form fields being masked (see image below for example), your preferences will need to be updated.

In new versions of Acrobat Reader DC here is how you do it:

Edit --> Preferences --> Forms --> Uncheck "Show border hover color for fields"
