Email Settings

When content is shared from the app or a new CMS user is created, the system generates an email.

To configure the text within these messages:

Customization --> Email Settings

If you don't see Email Settings, then you will need to use this path:

Customization --> Settings

Click on the type of email to configure and change the copy accordingly, but do not alter any copy within “< >.”

Here is an example of a message sent to a new CMS user with instructions about account activation:

Dear <RecipientFirstName>,

Below are the details to active your ZEISS Briefcase iPad application. If you have not done so already, go to the iTunes App Store from your iPad and search ZEISS Briefcase. Download this app and log in with the access credentials you provide after following the process below.
