To reset a password for a user within the CMS, select Users from the top navigation. Once the user has been identified, click on the account and navigate to the bottom of the user detail screen and select the Reset Password button. The user will automatically receive an email from imSMART@comparenetworks.com to create a password.
Single Sign On (SSO) Tablet Users: You will need to contact your IT department if you have forgotten your password. This can't be updated in the CMS.
If you have access to the CMS (System Admin, Segment Admin, User Coordinater, etc..), you can reset your password from within the CMS.
