Important note: Before getting started, please be sure that you have availability to fast and reliable Wi-Fi. Depending on the amount of content that is associated to your user account, the content sync may take 30 minutes or a few hours.
Step 1 | Open the email with the subject line "Please activate your (App Name) user account." from imSMART@comparenetworks.com
If you cannot find this in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder.
Step 2 | Follow the instructions in the email to create a password.
Important Note: The email link will expire within 24 hours, so please create your password immediately.
Step 3 | From your iPad, begin downloading the imSMART App by tapping on the App link provided to you, from your iPad
You'll be taken to the Safari browser, where you will be prompted to download the app.
Note: If you are using an enterprise app on iOS16 you will get the following error:

Step 4 | Once installation is complete, tap on the App icon.
You will receive a pop-up asking for permission to send you push notifications. Tap "OK" to ensure you always have the latest content updates.
Step 5 | Enter your username (This will be the email address where you received your password creation email), followed by the password you just created.
Once inside the app, you'll be on the "update" screen. To populate the app, the content needs to update. On the right side, it will read "Are you sure you want to update now?" Tap the blue "yes" button.
Step 6 | Now your iPad will begin downloading content (45-60 minutes download time.)
